Hi, I’m Alex or AJ. I cut my teeth in recruitment in London in 2007, aged 17, and have been working in the field ever since.
For a detailed career history check my Linkedin, but the highlights include relocating to Munich with RED Global in 2011 to help grow a new office, building a 40 runner SAP contract desk from scratch, billing >£5M in 5 years, and achieving RED Global Top Biller 4 years consecutively from 2015-2019.
I now live in Koh Tao, Thailand, where I co-own and operate a Backpackers Hostel alongside my coaching business. I am a passionate snowboarder, intermediate kitesurfer, and a nerd for anime & gaming.
